ndrea Le is an aspiring LPGA Tour superstar, highlighted with her win at 2022 Portland Classic. Lee has won at every level including at Standford University earning 9 wins during her collegiate career and playing for 17 weeks as the top Women's Amateur player throughout the World. In 2019, she won the Mark H. McCormack Medal as the top-ranked Women's Amateur at the end of the season, and made the transition to professional. Andrea Lee, born 15 August 1998, is from Los Angeles. James the father of her James started teaching her how to play golf when she was five years old. She began competing in tournaments at the age of 8 and has won over 50 junior titles over the course of 4 years. She was a finalist at her first tournament in the year 2014 US Women's Open at Pinehurst No. Her father accompanied her to the tournament at the age of 15 to work as a caddie. Her sponsors invited her to compete in the 2015 ANA Inspiration LPGA Tour. She was however just one shot away from the cut. In the year 2016, she enrolled at Stanford University and became its most decorated athlete at the time. Over the next three years, she racked up nine individual titles. Lee was forced to leave Stanford University to turn pro in 2019. Her amateur years comprised 17 weeks consecutively that were at the top of in the World Amateur Golf Ranking. Lee completed her career as the best amateur, was awarded an award called the Mark H. McCormack 2019 Medal. Lee was an amateur of the top who scored four albatrosses as well as four holes-in-1.
